My physical Gypsy Diaries.

Since it’s my first entry I guess I shall somewhat catch you up little..

I’m currently eighteen years old and I’m living in Calgary, Canada. Sadly I’m pretty much down to my last week being a Canadian! Hasn’t really hit me yet though

But I know it will :(

Today was such a cute day though, Skyped with my family this morning. Getting pretty excited to see them, mostly Tom though haha It’s his birthday today! Well in Australia.. only the 7^th here

Weird time difference

I did work today but only a little shift which was so convenient since I had so much to do, like starting to pack up my whole life here!

Work was the best; Christy and Chelsea are the best humans in the world I swear. So much love for them.

After work is was KARAOKE since it’s Thursday, but since it’s like getting wicked close to when I’m leaving I invited so many people to come

As soon as we got to the bar I see all these other people that I know, including Carlos! So random. Went and said hello to him and everyone else

Would have been so awks if I didn’t.. long story dw about it haha

Also saw Mike with them, which is so sneaky because I did tell him about tonight and he told me he wasn’t going hahaha BUSTERED

Once I got to our table I was in the middle of telling some hilarious story being crazy dramatic using my hands and everything… when I knocked over my huge glass of water

So Jaz and I went off the bathroom to dry my clothes a little bit. While I was in the bathroom Carlos left. But Jerica said he did come over to say goodbye to me. Cute

I must admit I was a gazillion percent less nervous to do karaoke once I realized Carlos left.

Even though nothing is happening with us now… he’s still great and way too attractive

Tonight was seriously SO much fun! Singing our heads off! It’s the best when everyone actually gets way into it!

New friends, New Adventures

Cool story,

So I met this other Australian girl Jazmin Winter last week and now we are best friends haha

She works In Market Mall as well at the Body Shop so I see her all the time.

He accent is rad,

I can’t hear mine anymore, but she assures me that it’s still very Australian haha

She came over after work tonight and I made dinner.

Haha Yaaaaa cooking up a storm

I tell my Mum all the time that I’m getting so good at cooking so she wont worry but it’s kinda became my motivation.

But after dinner we just had the biggest Facebook stalk of all the Canadian boys I know that she should go for haha

On some other sad news my flight's home are booked

:( :( :( :(

But I feel good about coming home

Plus my visa is for two years so if I’m that sad when I get back to Aus I can always come back!

But I’m not going home straight away..

I’m going to my other home before Aus

SO EXCITED to see everyone

It’s so weird that I’m kinda going home on the way home?

But right now Canada feels so much like my home?!!

I wanted to be able to look back at my life and view other Countries and place’s as home

I’ve 100% achieved that

I love Canada so much and will always have the biggest place for it in my heart

The best memories I could have asked for

Learnt so much, about myself and about life

God is great

But I feel like I’m ready for the next adventure in my life

Bali in January

Mexico sometime next year

Then who knows?

I’m so grateful for all the amazing memories I’ve had, met some of my best friends who I know will be in my life now forever.

Random Monday's

It’s Monday! YAY

I get most Monday’s off including today since I work most weekends.. All weekend

That retail work life

But didn’t get to sleep in this morning…

Jerica made me get up at bloody 5am to go into the freezing cold to go get winter tires put on her car…

Lemme sleep plzzz

But I agreed to this for some reason on Sunday night, and I knew if I slept in my bed I wouldn’t get up so I slept in Jer’s bed last night

Which was actually ready nice, felt like I haven’t seen her in so long. I mean I see her everyday since we live together but we haven’t properly hung out.

Haha anyways we had to wait like 4 hours for the tires to be put on….

Yay for day’s off… but Walmart was next to the tire place so I did do some grocery shopping.

….and then ate a lot of the food I just bought while waiting haha

Once we got home, it was so snowy and cold and I was so full that I trying not to fall asleep was so impossible haha

Best naps though.

I felt like all the roommates today didn’t have work or uni so everyone was home

It was the best, movies and snacks and all of us painting our nails haha

Anyways we went to this Bouncy Castle thing tonight and I got so into it! It was like I was little kid again.

Had this inflatable obstacle course that you have to race through

Haha I am so competitive, was going so hard that all my make-up was off and some how my bra strap came undone

Whaaaaat

But solid night, it was pretty hilarious times

After we went to Chris and Jared house for movie night

Happiness and Snow

I totally had to work all day today.. was so tired but luckily Chelsea was working all day with me.

But I did wake up to it SNOWING

Again. haha I love snow!!

Fun fact: It’s not even winter yet in Canada. Wow. Can only imagine how cold and crazy it could get here.

Chels called me this morning from work telling me it was snowing; aww how cute is she?? We ended up talking for so long, and then I realized I’d see her in like an hour at work haha

So I knew today would be the best.

But on the way to work at the Train station I was so happy taking so many pictures in the snow that I fully missed my bus, Soz chels I’m going to be late

Work was long, had to close but all goods mate

Once I got home Carlos was keen to hang, seriously was so tired and it’s his fault hahaha but I wanted to see him as well

He was so excited to teach me how to drive in the snow…but it was snowing too much. To scared for that haha

So we just watched a movie/ didn’t actually watch a movie

But it was such a nice snowy night, but this Carlos thing is seriously the worst timing ever.

I’ve decided to go home for one of really close Cousins wedding.. in like month.

It’s all good though, just have to live in the moment.

I was falling asleep talking to Carlos that’s how tired I was but when he left Madison wanted to Skype really bad so I took one for the team!
