What an eventful day!

Calgary legit turns to Crazy town on Halloween.

SO at work today, all day we had little kids come into our store and all through out the Mall ‘Trick or Treating’.

I open by myself this morning and had no idea that Trick or Treating in the mall was a thing, until I had a line of little kids dressed up to come into the store for Candy… I had to run to Shoppers legit two minutes before we opened to buy some goodies.

Today was so cute though since I’m so clueless about Halloween but after the whole day I was so over children haha couldn’t get anything done.

We ran out of candy so many times as well, at the start that might have been because I was eating it all hahahha

but we seriously bought so much, in the end we were just buying the cheapest crappiest lollies, sorry kids xx

And Zumiez isn’t really a store for children at all, definitely couldn’t play Parkway Drive today… But todz might have in the end to scare the kids and Mums away lol

After work I was on Trick or Treat duty at the house for a few hours, But todz didn’t stay haha

Carlos came to mine Trick or Treating, cute.
But Jen came home at like the same time and she wasn’t getting any of my vibes I was giving her to go downstairs.. so we left haha

It was seriously so cold tonight, so much snow on the ground. Soooo cool though.

Carlos took me to get Tea from Tim Horton’s then he took me to this random place and told me to get out of the car.

We then proceed to hike up this hill.. on Halloween in the freezing night with snow everywhere. Haha

At this point I wasn’t sure if he was going to kill me or kiss me?

But he didn’t kill me ;)

Once we got to the top of the hill, we had to climb this giant cube thing and then BAMMM

We just hung out on this cube thing, this would be the perfect thinking place in summer!

But still so beautiful in winter! Snow made it so magical as well, such the perfect Canadian moment.

I was so frozen once I got home haha but I’m seeing Carlos tomorrow night after work :) :)

Lol Felt bad for leaving Jen to the Trick or Treating duties but she said we only had like 4 people come anyways, Luckyyyyy

Omg I’m so happy right now, so it’s the 30^th in Australia so Tom got back this morning!!

WHAT THE HECK MAN

I was at work and I got tagged in a picture on Facebook by Jonny and I knew straight away was it was! Just starting jumping up and down like a crazy person. I already told Chels all about my brother homing home so she just hugged me! So cute.

Why am I not there?? Maybe 3% homesick right now

So my brother Tom just came home from serving a mission for my church, (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) He’s been away for two years!

TWO YEARS.

How the hell do you fill someone in on two years of you life hahaha ahh man I’m still freaking out that’s he’s home!

He’s so old now man, well I guess we all are haha but what a Mushkah head.

We talked for a while and he was so cute, telling how he wished I was home but he’s so happy I’m in Canada living my dreams. He told me I’ve grown up heaps.

He talked heaps about the gospel and his mission of course! SO CRAZY, So beautiful!

Man I love Tom so much! The last time I saw him we were living in Colorado, just having the time of our lives! While living in America Tommy seriously became my bestfriend! SO many memories man!

You sometimes feel like when you’re writing to missionaries that you’re talking to yourself but not anymore buddy HE’S HOME!

My family is the best, seriously I do forget about them since they are so far away and no one actually wants to Skype me until today hahaha RUDE

but seriously I have the best famila!

It was my brother Jonny’s birthday yesterday and my sister Karlie’s tomorrow. SO much family time I’m missing out on right now CRAY CRAY :(

But I’m still so stoked that I’m here, I’m coming home soon enough anyways. Still not sure when but I’ll 100% be home for Chirstmas.

Can’t wait to hug Tom!

Halloween Part 2

I have no voice hahahaha oh goodness help

On Saturday morning Jer woke me up and my voice was a little scratchy but in that hot husky kinda way but I just thought its because I needed to sleep more.. but nope.

But Jerica made me get up; bribing me with McDonalds hahaah okay fine you win

McDonalds solves all my problems 

We had to go to Market Mall first to drop DJ’s wallet off to him then we went to get Macca’s but the line was so hectic busy which was killing our vibe but we waited it out.

Always worth the wait

Then we had a million things to do/buy for the party last night

We were walking around Walmart and then I got the most horrendous cramps of my life. Dammmnn it

It was the worst and Jerica was so determined to get stuff done that I just lied in the middle of some aisle and died hahaha

well I didn’t die obvs, but I was legit lying on the floor for a while haha

Seriously no shame

Once I came back to life we got all we needed from Walmart then went to the grocery store, I died again then but got thought it hahaha oh man so dramatic

On a side note I’m never having kids.

Once we got home and I smashed the pain killers we cleaned the rest of the house, mostly the basement where the dance floor was.

Had so much random crap from all the previous roommates that have lived here. Take your stuff please

But we actually did everything pretty quick

Winner winner chicken dinner.

We spent the rest of the afternoon in pump up mode, dancing around the house with music blasting haha love my roomies

But by this point my voice was really goinggggggggg

They Party was so fun, it didn’t get pumping till later but that’s standard. Met some cool people haha and this time it actually was my party lol

I went as a Vampire and Jerica went as a Zombie.
Jerica actually forgot her costume because she was so sneaky and went out to buy “eyelash glue” but she really went to Djs house. That girl man

Anyways because she was at Dj’s and not getting ready with me she didn’t realize that her costume was at her Mum’s house and the time she eventually came home it was too late to go get it.

She was soooo sad about her costume. I was kinda pissed that she ditched me but she was already so sad so I did everything in my power to try and cheer her up! I gave her my top to cut up and we created a new costume.

PULLED IT OFF MATE hehehe

But the night was so much fun, danced all night! probs because I could hardly talk hahaha

My voice was that gone that I didn’t have an Aussie accent anymore, I had to convince people I’ve never met people that I was Australian so sad.

And and and even more happy news, this morning when I woke up

IT WAS SNOWING YAYAYAYAYYAYA

I got so many messages about it snowing haha everyone know how excited I was for it woo

Halloween Part 1

What a night

Today I didn’t have to work which is Mcdreamy but I still had to go into work and unlock the door for who was opening because they don’t have a store key… kinda annoying but it’s all good because It got me up nice and early and also it was such nice feeling going into work but knowing that I was leaving mahehehehe

I was wicked productive today, cleaned the house until Jerica got home. We had to go buy stuff for this Halloween weekend wooo

We are having party tomorrow night and I’m so excited, seriously get to live all my Halloween dreams this weekend haha

Anyways tonight there is also a Halloween dance on, and when I was in Edmonton last weekend the boys convinced me to buy this Canadian flag costume lol that per-pressure though..

It’s kinda perfect though, and I do get to dress up properly tomorrow night so it's all goods brahhh

Jerica is going as a stripper tonight.. oh I mean a Police women ;) haha what a

I also ran into Carlos tonight which was way random but the best

EDMONTON

What a wicked weekend!

Just got back from Edmonton, mateeee it was so fun. Jer and I were talking about moving there all the way back home to Calgary

This weekend went soooo fast though, to bad Jerica and I both have work tomorrow

Let me fill you in, so we got to Edmonton at like 5pm on Friday night and we were staying at Jerica’s cousin house, just the cutest place. We all went out to dinner with her and her roomies.

OMG haha they took us to the most “Alberta” looking place ever.. it was called ‘Flow and Harvrst’. SO farmer style hahaha so weird man but it was a cool weird. But it legit even had a tractor in the middle of the restaurant haha were even am I….

After dinner and taking so many pictures of the farmer restaurant we met up with Joel and Jeff who are also randomly in Edmonton this weekend.

Got some Tim Horton because it’s way to cold right now. I forget how cheap Timmy H is compared to Starbucks. Spend way too much money at starbucks…

Anways we drove around Edmonton a little bit and then the boys took us to the movies, how lovely of them. We saw “We’re the Millers” So hilarious, like dying of laughter would definitely recommend that one

Saturday

Saturday was pretty busy, we woke up pretty early to go have breakfast with some of Jerica’s friends, but I so was happy to come because we went to Cora’s for brekkie and I’m always stoked when I get to eat delicious food haha

But man we needed that solid breakfast because we went to West Ed Mall today

As in the famous West ed Mall! The biggest shopping Centre in North America!!

It didn’t disappoint man! It was soooo big. It had a full size water park, full size ice rink and a legit theme park…inside the mall. WOT.

and like every single store you can think of

What da hell.

I just kept being so surprised, like I was expecting big but woooooow.

Such a good day, spent soooo much money haha but it’s all good because I’ve been saving to go shopping here. Also bought Halloween costumes!

YAY HALLOWEEN

After spending legit the whole day at the mall, I had a solid nap when we got home while Jerica was watching friends. Haha I’m always napping

Anyways we heard about this ysa party that was on, but we didn’t actually know anyone going… haha but I made Jerica take us.

Plus we just bought new clothes ;) haha

We just walked in and followed the music to the basement, WHHHAT such a good dancefloor!

SO many people at this house, like you could hardly move to get upstairs to downstairs!

And what’s was with all the goodlooking male Canadians at this party? whattttt maybe I should move here haha

Lol so these guys were talking to us and he was asking who we were and of course I was like ohhh this is my party, it’s actually our birthday’s hahaha trying to be so funny, they went alone with it but it didn’t work 1% since it was actually their house

But it was such a fun night, we met sooooo many people and they all kept telling us to move to Edmonton!

It’s a pretty good sign when you’re like the last ones to leave the party.. that you knew no one at haha

We were going to go to breakfast with the guys at the house the next morning but once we woke up we were just keen to get on the road back home, they lived heeeeaps out of the way..

Such a quick weekend but it was so fun, so glad I got to see Edmonton
